Dear Shirley:
It is because of people like you that I have never had any regrets about the time I put in and what I went through afterwards. I know a lot of my brothers feel the same. It was a privilege to serve my country. When I was medically retired, I was not relieved of my Oath to Defend America and so...I remain on watch.
