Sears Heroes at Home Gift Registry 2010

When does the Sears Heroes at Home Gift Registry 2010 open for registration?

I have been checking the registration forum everyday, and it keeps saying that "Heroes at home gift registry will be back very soon".

Did i miss the chance to register or is it not open yet? I'm completely confused, when the gift registry information board says that active military families can register from sept. 28-october 31.

According to the latest information posted on Sears Heroes at Home Gift Registry forums, the registry will open to applicants on Wednesday, October 13th, in the afternoon.

This program is extremely popular, and will be limited to the first 20,000 families who register. Last year, we understand Sears opened the Heroes at Home registry was opened for just 15 minutes at a time to allow people to register. Then they processed those registrations and opened again for another 15 minutes, until they reached the limit.

So, our best advice to you would be to start checking at noon Eastern time on Wednesday, October 13. If the registration form doesn't come up, I would keep checking back every 10-15 minutes until it does.

With the enormous popularity of this program, it could easily fill up on the first day, so don't miss it!
