Sears Heroes at Home E-mail Issue

I registered and was approved for Sears' Heroes at Home program.
I have been waiting for my e-card since the 23rd and have called at least 8 times regarding it. All I get is someone wanting to verify the e-mail address and see that I am indeed approved, and telling me to wait 2 hours.
When I call back, I get told to wait till the next day. Now I am getting told to wait until after the weekend and to change the e-mail address I used.
We were hoping to use these cards on Black Friday for my nephew, whose dad is deploying on an aircraft carrier for 6 months.
I don't mind waiting, but I feel like I am getting the run around and no one I speak to has any information or any way to help me. This is a good cause turned headache, I'm afraid.
Hopefully a rep from Sears will read this and something will get done about it...
