Mr Kilmer,
As A Vietnam vet I can't sit by and let you criticize, malign, and tell lies about my fellow comrades. I feel as though you have not done your research and checked your facts carefully about Vietnam Vets.
Most Vietnam vets were volunteers. Criminals don't serve in the American Army. Although there were some incidents in Vietnam, as there are in all wars, US troops generally behaved well in an incredibly hostile environment.
Unless you can come up with facts, keep your mouth shut. Finally, unless you have spent one day in uniformed service to your country, in my opinion you have no justification for what you are saying.
