Drafted Vietnam Vets are losers too?

So, the Vietnam vets that were drafted are losers, too, Mr. Kiljoy?

Kilmer is too young to know the facts so he just makes up what he thinks is history; without fact checking anything. The war in Vietnam had a draft and many men had to go, regardless of whether they wanted to or not.

I remember the draft. It was frightening because it was a "Lottery Drawing". The first draft lottery since World War Two. It was held on December 1, 1969, at Selective Service National Headquarters in Washington, D.C.

366 blue plastic capsules containing birth dates were placed in a large glass jar and drawn by hand to assign order-of-call numbers to all men within the 18-26 age range specified in Selective Service law.

All of us were petrified that our number would be pulled out of the jar. We all knew guys in our city that had been drafted and came home in a box. Losers?...yeah...they lost their life. So Kilmer can roll up a copy of his interview and lose it by sticking it where the sun don't shine.

Kilmer is the loser. He wouldn't have lasted a week on the line before he'd be crying his 'Hokeywood sissy ass off to come home.

We should draft this imbecile out of the country. Let him go to some war zone and see if he can cash with his ass a check that was written with his mouth.
